At The One Piece Vault, we understand how important secure and reliable shipping is for collectors and players alike. Every order is packed with care to ensure your treasure arrives safely.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock products

  • 2–3 business days after official release for pre-order products

Processing times may vary during high-volume release periods, holidays or special launches.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are shipped shortly after their official release date and once inventory arrives at our warehouse.

Please note:

  • Release dates may change depending on the manufacturer or distributor

  • Some products may experience delays outside our control

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items become available unless agreed otherwise

Pre-orders are fulfilled chronologically, first come first served.


3. Shipping Coverage

We ship domestically within Romania and internationally to most countries.

Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Carrier rates

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT or local taxes required by their country

The One Piece Vault is not responsible for additional customs charges imposed by local authorities.


5. Packaging & Protection

Collector products deserve collector-level care.

We take packaging seriously and aim to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

Orders may include:

  • Protective wrapping

  • Reinforced packaging materials

  • Sleeves and toploaders for singles where applicable

  • Extra padding for sealed products and premium collections


6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Typical estimates:

  • Romania: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak release periods


7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and contents

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

The One Piece Vault is not responsible for:

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to missing information

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect customer details


9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to:

  • Failure to pay customs fees

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect the package

the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Re-shipping fees

  • Any carrier charges incurred
