Refund & Return Policy

At The One Piece Vault, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be returned within the legal withdrawal period

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging, seals and protective wrapping must remain intact

Sealed products must remain factory sealed and unopened

The item must not show signs of wear, damage or tampering

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For collector protection and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened:

Opened booster packs

Opened booster boxes

Products with broken factory seals

Sleeved or graded cards

Mystery products or randomized contents once opened

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was sent

The item arrived damaged due to our error

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging

A description of the issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before shipment.

Please note:

Pre-orders are allocation-based

Release dates may change depending on distributor updates

In rare cases, distributor allocation cuts may occur

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to reduced allocations, you will receive a full refund.
