- Orders ship 2–3 business days after official release - should anything change you will be announced immediately
Can my pre-order be cancelled or modified?

What happens if allocations are reduced?
In rare cases, for high demand products, distributors may reduce allocations.
If this affects your order:
- You will be notified immediately
- Any unfulfilled items will be fully refunded (5–7 business days)
When will I receive my order?
- In-stock items: shipped within 1–3 business days
- Pre-orders: shipped shortly after release (usually within 2–3 business days)
